How to use and understand Jaaxy:

Explanation and meaning of abbreviations and the sections

Average indicates the number of monthly searches for a particular keyword. Keep in mind that this number represents traffic to Google, Bing, and Yahoo, the three biggest search engines. The higher is this number the more people will visit your website. So try to look for over 100.

This is the estimated monthly traffic your site will receive if your website ranks on the first page of the biggest search engines search results (this is the lowest traffic predicted).

QSR stands for Quoted Search Results and is the number of pages in Google’s search results that compete for the same keyword. This is Jaaxy’s competitiveness rating and
is a particularly useful feature when targeting keywords. The lower the competition, the better for your site. Try choosing keywords below 100

Keyword Quality Index indicates how Jaaxy’s algorithm classifies the quality of the keyphrase. It shows you how likely it is to reach page one on Google with this particular keyword. Green is low competing, yellow is medium competing, and red is very competing.

Also, this information is the result of a scoring system and informs you of the possibility of ranking based on SEO competitors for that keyword. It has a scale from 1 to 100, the higher the number, the greater the power of SEO. It is recommended to choose keywords over 80

This is information that tells you whether an exact-matched domain is available for a keyword or not and whether those domains are available to buy or not. This column is not available in the free version.

To the right of the results are »Related« – the keyword list columns that are closely related to your search term and »Brainstorming« which gives you access to multiple keyword suggestions. This is useful and valuable information based on which you search for a related keyword to find even more ideas.

Alphabet Soup

Is a technique that can be used with Google search. However, it is also added to Jaaxy and is a great tactic for keyword detection.

The search engine performs autocomplete words and phrases by adding letter by letter to your keyword to predict search terms. This gives you information about the actual searches people are doing on Google. Once you have a topic selected for the article, just type in your keyword and the letters of the alphabet one by one to get hundreds of ideas that people are already looking for. This way, you mainly get more ideas on long-tail keywords.

Saved Lists

This option is great for organizing and saving keywords. While going through the research process, you can tick any specific keywords and opt to save them in your lists for later browsing. You can create multiple lists with different names depending on the content you plan to write in the future. These saved lists allow you to plan your keyword strategy for your website. You can also export your lists to an excel document.

Search History

This feature saves your search history. It will display all previous searches you have performed and the type of search. For example, it will indicate whether it was a keyword search or an alphabetical search. This way, you have a record of all the searches you’ve done.

Search Analysis

This feature can be very valuable as it gives you an overview of the search engine results page (SERP) according to your search terms. This way you can check out the competition. You can enter keywords and select the required search engine to get the first few results that match your keyword. When you click View Details, you’ll see that a few more detailed information appear, such as Title, URL, Meta Description, Meta Keywords, Word Count, Links on Site, Alexa Rank, Keyword Density, Backlinks, Adsense.

Affiliate Programs

Depending on your keyword, this feature shows you affiliate programs that you can promote.

The Brainstorm feature shows you information about the keywords that currently dominate the relevant niche.
You will get an insight into the most popular keywords in the topics in Google and Yahoo, Twitter Trends, Amazon Bestsellers, and Alexa.

Site Rank

Site Rank is also one of the very useful features as it helps you analyze your site and ranking. You can enter any keyword and URL in Site Rank, and you will get information about how the site works in terms of first page rank in Google, Yahoo, and Bing. You also have the option to automatically follow rankings and track chosen keywords daily, weekly, or monthly.

Affiliate Program

Jaaxy also has an affiliate program where you can earn consistent revenue by referring others to the community. The commission you earn is based on your Jaaxy package.

Jaaxy help

If you click on the Jaaxy Help icon, you will come to a page with videos that can help you. These videos are:
Jaaxy Keyword Research & Management

Niche Research Refinement
The Affiliate Program Walkthrough

However, if you want to ask a question, you have the Contact icon on your home page, a form will open, simply fill out the square boxes with the appropriate deets and the Jaaxy team will help you out.

Pros vs. Cons

1. Free plan – a great opportunity to try out the tool and weigh it according to your needs. The free plan gives you access to all the basic features.
2. Useful keyword metrics – Jaaxy gives you a great insight into how a keyword can rank. Various variables help you filter keywords to make it easier to sort and see results.
3. Training videos that are great to watch before you start using Jaaxy.
4. Tools for success and online business development.
5. Simple, transparent, and very easy to use.

1. Lack of Local SEO – you can not sort keyword data based on country or location, the results are based on a global scale.
2. No option for live chat support.
3. The training videos from the “Jaaxy Help” looks outdated, but it is still useful to watch before you begin to use Jaaxy.
4. Lots of information, which might get overwhelming.

My Final Opinion

I have been using Jaaxy for keyword research for some time, and I am very pleased. Jaaxy is not perfect, but it is a great choice, especially for beginners, as the data is presented very easily to understand, especially when you have been using it for some time and understand all the information.

If you are new and just starting out on your new journey, then Jaaxy is suitable for you. You can try out the Jaaxy Starter plan for free and see if it is suitable for your needs.

There is also an option to join the Wealthy Affiliate and sign up as a premium member and get free access to the Jaaxy Lite package. As a premium member, you will receive unlimited search and access to all the tools for Jaaxy features. You can read what you can get as a member of the Wealthy Affiliate in this review.

My recommendation is to create your own free Jaaxy account and see how it works.

I hope this review of Jaaxy helped you. If you have any questions or opinions, I will be happy to hear your comment.

  1. Jaaxy is super useful. One of the things I use the most is the SiteRank feature, where you can find not only where your website ranks for keywords, but your competitors as well! Its extremely useful for helping you determine if you can either rank or outcompete your competitors.

I myself have the Enterprise account that comes with the P+, and  I am loving all of it!

  2. I find jaaxy to be very helpful. It really does help me with my writing content and to see where I’m at. Which I absolutely love. It’s very interesting the different plans they have. I will be upgrading one day in the future. So thanks again. This really helps those interested in writing and creating a website.

  3. Hello Nina and thank you for this detailed review.
I am a user of Jaaxy myself (as part of my WA membership) and I am very happy with it.
Specifically I like the fact that it provides with related keywords to the one that I am searching and it helps me choose the best one for my upcoming post.
Definitely a recommended tool for each blogger out there.

    • I also like that it suggests different combinations to the keyword you are researching. It’s a really good tool.
Thank you for sharing with me your opinion and experience using Jaaxy.
I wish you all the best

  4. I am also a Jaaxy user and I find it awesome. What I love about it is the ability to save all your keywords and use them whenever you are ready to write. Plus, every time I search for a keyword, Jaaxy gives me a bunch of related keywords. This means I can find several low competition keywords with the same product. That’s wonderful

    • Sometimes I take the time to research keywords on the different ideas I have in mind for further posts. And I really like being able to save them, and check them out when I decide to write.
Thanks for your kind comment and for sharing your experience using Jaaxy.
I wish you all the best

  5. I currently use jaaxy for keyword research. It’s great!

Easy to use and has many features. Being able to check out your competition’s ranking for keywords is a great feature, as is the ability to save your lists.
All the related keywords that jaaxy gives allow me to include more and hopefully rank for more keywords with each article I write.

    Thanks for sharing.

    • It is really easy to use and has many features. A great tool when you get used to it and figure out what all you can check and what all it allows.
Thanks for your comment and experience using Jaaxy.
I wish you all the best

  6. I have been using Jaaxy myself for a long I enjoyed the free version when I started.
I also love that it has training which most research tools do not have.
However I did not like the limitations it had such as helping you get local search results whcih led me to using other tools.

    • Thank you for your honest opinion. True, this is definitely one of the cons, if you need to research keywords for the local area, there are no relevant results.
For beginners and for global research, though, it’s great.
Thanks for your kind comment, I wish you all the best
